Beschwerde gegen das Bundesgesetz vom 3.Oktober 2008 zum Schutz vor Passivrauchen.

Nach Einsicht
in die Verfassungsbeschwerde von X.________ vom 25. Mai 2010 betreffend Gesetz zum Schutz vor Passivrauchen, womit geltend gemacht wird, dieses Gesetz verletze verschiedene Grundrechte, weshalb es "sofort aus dem Verkehr (zu) nehmen" sei,

in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerde zwei am 1. Mai 2010 in Kraft getretene Erlasse zum Thema Passivrauchen erwähnt, womit das Bundesgesetz vom 3. Oktober 2008 zum Schutz vor Passivrauchen (SR 813.31) und die Verordnung vom 28. Oktober 2009 zum Schutz vor Passivrauchen (SR 813.311) gemeint sind,
dass das Bundesgericht gemäss Art. 113 BGG Verfassungsbeschwerden gegen Entscheide letzter kantonaler Instanzen beurteilt, soweit keine Beschwerde nach den Artikeln 72-89 zulässig ist,
dass es sodann gemäss Art. 82 BGG Beschwerden in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten gegen Entscheide in Angelegenheiten des öffentlichen Rechts (lit. a), gegen kantonale Erlasse (lit. b) sowie betreffend die politische Stimmberechtigung der Bürger und Bürgerinnen sowie betreffend Volkswahlen und -abstimmungen (lit. c) beurteilt,
dass somit Bundesgesetze und Verordnungen des Bundesrats als solche weder mit Beschwerde in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten oder mit Verfassungsbeschwerde noch sonst mit einem Rechtsmittel beim Bundesgericht angefochten werden können,
dass sich mithin die Beschwerde vom 25. Mai 2010 als offensichtlich unzulässig erweist (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG), weshalb darauf im vereinfachten Verfahren gemäss Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass die Gerichtskosten (Art. 65 BGG) dem Verfahrensausgang entsprechend dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 erster Satz BGG),

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer sowie der Bundeskanzlei schriftlich mitgeteilt.
