The Federal Supreme Court took note of the withdrawal, struck the case off the roll, and decided not to levy court costs or award party compensation.

qu'il convient de prendre acte du retrait du recours (cf. art. 32 al. 2 LTF) et de rayer la cause du rôle,
qu'il se justifie de ne pas percevoir de frais de justice et ne pas allouer de dépens,
par ces motifs, le Président prononce:
