The Federal Supreme Court noted that the appellant withdrew his constitutional complaint on 1 September 2003 after challenging a decision of the St. Gallen Anklagekammer concerning the non-opening of criminal proceedings. The Court therefore discontinued the proceedings and ordered that no costs be levied. The order was communicated to the parties, the public prosecutor’s office, and the cantonal Anklagekammer.
Withdrawal of a constitutional complaint; the proceedings are to be struck from the roll once the complaint is withdrawn, and costs may be waived where the court so orders. The Federal Supreme Court may dispose of the matter without ruling on the merits when the appeal is no longer pursued (consid. 1).

dass das Beschwerdeverfahren somit als durch Beschwerderückzug erledigt abzuschreiben ist,
dass keine Kosten zu erheben sind,
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

Es werden keine Kosten erhoben

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien sowie der Staatsanwaltschaft und der Anklagekammer des Kantons St. Gallen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
