dass X.________ mit Schreiben vom 23. Juni 2004 seine staatsrechtliche Beschwerde vom 16. Juni 2004 zurückgezogen hat,
dass das Beschwerdeverfahren somit als durch Beschwerderückzug erledigt abzuschreiben ist,
dass keine Kosten zu erheben sind,
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Bezirksanwalt-schaft II für den Kanton Zürich, Büro A-1, und dem Bezirksgericht Zürich, Haftrichterin, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
