X. filed a constitutional complaint against a decision of the Lucerne cantonal criminal and indictment commission. The Federal Supreme Court informed her that the filing did not meet the requirements of Art. 90(1)(b) OG, but she could still supplement it within the remaining appeal period. Before that period expired, she withdrew the complaint. The Court therefore discontinued the proceedings as withdrawn and ordered that no costs be charged.
Art. 90 Abs. 1 lit. b OG; withdrawal of a constitutional complaint: if the complainant withdraws the complaint within the appeal period, the Federal Supreme Court discontinues the proceedings as withdrawn. In such circumstances, and absent contrary reasons, no court costs are levied (consid. 1).

dass das Bundesgericht der Beschwerdeführerin mit Schreiben vom 24. Februar 2003 mitgeteilt hat, dass ihre Eingabe den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 90 Abs. 1 lit. b OG nicht genüge, sie ihre Beschwerde jedoch innert der laufenden Beschwerdefrist noch verbessern könne,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin mit Schreiben vom 17. März 2003 ihre staatsrechtliche Beschwerde vom 18. Februar 2003 zurückgezogen hat,
dass das Beschwerdeverfahren somit als durch Beschwerderückzug erledigt abzuschreiben ist,
dass keine Kosten zu erheben sind,
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Luzern, Kriminal- und Anklagekommission, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
