Sintesi Omnilex

The Federal Supreme Court treated the applicant’s filing of 29 April 2011 as a request for revision of its judgment of 22 March 2011. It held that reopening a final judgment is possible only if a statutory ground for revision is invoked under Art. 121 ff. BGG. The submission merely criticized the earlier legal assessment and did not identify any revision ground. Without a written exchange of submissions, the court did not enter into the request. It waived court costs.

Massima Omnilex

Art. 121 ff. BGG; revision of a final Federal Supreme Court judgment requires invocation and substantiation of a statutory ground for revision. Mere criticism of the earlier legal assessment is not a revision ground and cannot be raised in revision. Where the submission does not disclose any admissible ground, the court may decide without a written exchange of submissions under Art. 127 BGG and decline to enter into the request. Costs may be waived pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Strafabteilung, Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen, Hochschulstrasse 17, Postfach 7475, 3001 Bern.

Gegenstand
Revisionsgesuch gegen das Urteil vom 22. März 2011 des Schweizerischen Bundesgerichts 1B_124/2011.
In Erwägung,
dass das Bundesgericht mit Urteil vom 22. März 2011 mangels einer hinreichenden Begründung im Sinne von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG auf eine Beschwerde von X.________ nicht eingetreten ist (1B_124/2011);

dass sich X.________ mit einer als "Staatsrechtlichen Beschwerde" bezeichneten Eingabe vom 29. April 2011 ans Bundesgericht gewandt und u.a. das bundesgerichtliche Urteil 1B_124/2011 vom 22. März 2011 kritisiert hat;
dass das Bundesgericht nur im Rahmen eines Revisionsverfahrens auf ein bereits gefälltes Urteil zurückkommen kann;
dass die Eingabe vom 29. April 2011 somit als Revisionsgesuch zu behandeln ist;
dass die Aufhebung oder Abänderung eines in Rechtskraft erwachsenen Bundesgerichtsurteils nur bei Vorliegen eines Revisionsgrundes gemäss Art. 121 ff. BGG möglich ist;

dass blosse Kritik an der rechtlichen Würdigung im Revisionsverfahren nicht zu hören ist;
dass ohne Schriftenwechsel (Art. 127 BGG) auf das Revisionsgesuch nicht einzutreten ist;
dass auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden kann (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);

erkennt das Bundesgericht:

1.
Auf das Revisionsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.

3.
