The appellant withdrew her public law appeal against the Zurich Administrative Court's decision in a building-permit matter. The Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings by order under Article 32 BGG. It imposed the federal court fee of CHF 300 on the appellant and ordered her to pay CHF 1,500 in party compensation to the privately represented respondent. No compensation was awarded to the municipality.

In such a situation, the court costs are generally borne by the appellant according to the outcome of the proceedings (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). A privately represented respondent is entitled to reasonable party compensation under Art. 68 Abs. 2 BGG; public authorities or municipalities are not awarded party compensation absent special circumstances (Art. 68 Abs. 3 BGG).

Beschwerde in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten (Art. 82 ff. BGG) gegen den Entscheid des Verwaltungs-gerichts des Kantons Zürich, 1. Abteilung, 1. Kammer, vom 14. März 2007.
Es wird in Erwägung,
dass X.________ ihre am 7. Mai 2007 gegen den am 14. März 2007 ergangenen Entscheid der 1. Kammer der 1. Abteilung des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich erhobene Beschwerde in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten mit Eingabe vom 28. Juni 2007 zurückgezogen hat;
dass die bundesgerichtlichen Kosten dem Ausgang des Verfahrens entsprechend der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass die Beschwerdeführerin den anwaltlich vertretenen privaten Beschwerdegegner (Z.________) angemessen zu entschädigen hat (Art. 68 Abs. 2 BGG), wogegen der Gemeinde Erlenbach keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist (Art. 68 Abs. 3 BGG);
im Verfahren nach Art. 32 BGG verfügt:

Die Beschwerde im Verfahren 1C_92/2007 wird als durch Rückzug erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 300.-- wird der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Die Beschwerdeführerin hat dem anwaltlich vertretenen privaten Beschwerdegegner eine Parteientschädigung von Fr. 1'500.-- zu bezahlen.
4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, der Bau- und Planungskommission Erlenbach sowie dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Zürich, 1. Abteilung, 1. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
