The appellant withdrew his appeal to the Federal Supreme Court against the Federal Administrative Court judgment concerning the annulment of facilitated naturalization. The Federal Supreme Court therefore removed the case from the docket as withdrawn and ordered the appellant to pay partial court costs of CHF 300 under Art. 66(2) and (3) BGG.

dass es sich rechtfertigt, dem Beschwerdeführer für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren einen Teil der Gerichtskosten aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 2 und 3 BGG);
Die Beschwerde im Verfahren 1C_758/2013 wird als durch Rückzug erledigt abgeschrieben.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Bundesamt für Migration und dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht, Abteilung III, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
