dass es sich unter den gegebenen Umständen rechtfertigt, für das vorliegende Verfahren keine Kosten zu erheben;
verfügt der Präsident:

Die Beschwerde im Verfahren 1C_542/2008 wird als durch Rückzug erledigt abgeschrieben.

Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
