The appellant withdrew her complaint to the Federal Supreme Court after challenging a Zurich Administrative Court decision on a quarter plan. The First Public Law Division therefore struck the matter off as withdrawn. Federal court costs of CHF 500 were charged to the appellant, and no party compensation was awarded to the City of Dübendorf or Verkehrsbetriebe Glattal.

If the appellant withdraws the complaint, the Federal Supreme Court removes the proceedings from the docket without a merits ruling. dass X.________ ihre am 14. September 2009 gegen den am 30. Juni 2009 ergangenen Entscheid der 3. Kammer der 3. Abteilung des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich erhobene Beschwerde mit Eingabe vom 23. Oktober 2009 zurückgezogen hat;
dass die bundesgerichtlichen Kosten dem Ausgang des Verfahrens entsprechend der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass der Stadt Dübendorf und den Verkehrsbetrieben Glattal gemäss Art. 68 Abs. 3 BGG keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist (s. BGE 134 II 117);
wird verfügt:

Die Beschwerde im Verfahren 1C_410/2009 wird als durch Rückzug erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Parteientschädigungen werden nicht zugesprochen.

Diese Verfügung wird der Beschwerdeführerin, der Stadt Dübendorf, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Zürich, 3. Abteilung, 3. Kammer, sowie den Verkehrsbetrieben Glattal schriftlich mitgeteilt.
