dass das Beschwerdeverfahren somit als durch Beschwerderückzug erledigt abzuschreiben ist;
dass auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet werden kann;
verfügt der Präsident:

Das Verfahren 1B_189/2010 wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.

Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer sowie der Generalprokuratur und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Anklagekammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
