Erwägungen:

X.________, Geschäftsführer der Firma Y.________, führt mit Eingabe vom 16. Juni 2008 Beschwerde in Strafsachen (Art. 78 ff. BGG) gegen die Strafkammer des Kantonsgerichts Freiburg. Er wirft der Strafkammer "Rechtsverzögerung oder -verweigerung" vor, da sie ihm auf ein Schreiben vom 12. Dezember 2007 noch keine Antwort gegeben habe.

Nach Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG ist in der Begründung einer Beschwerde in gedrängter Form darzulegen, inwiefern der angefochtene Entscheid Recht verletzt.
Der Beschwerdeführer unterlässt es in seiner Rechtsverzögerungsbeschwerde irgendwelche Aussagen über das im Kanton hängige Verfahren zu machen. So geht aus seiner Beschwerde nicht hervor, ob und wenn ja welches Verfahren vor der Strafkammer des Kantonsgerichts Freiburg hängig sein soll. Aus seiner Eingabe ans Bundesgericht ist nicht einmal ersichtlich, ob er in eigenem Namen oder als Vertreter der Firma Y.________ Beschwerde führen will. Aufgrund der Beschwerdebegründung lässt sich somit nicht beurteilen, ob der gegen die Strafkammer erhobene Vorwurf der Rechtsverzögerung bzw. Rechtsverweigerung berechtigt ist. Mangels einer genügenden Begründung im Sinne von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG ist auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten. Der Begründungsmangel ist offensichtlich, weshalb über die Beschwerde im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG entschieden werden kann.

Entsprechend dem Verfahrensausgang trägt der Beschwerdeführer die Gerichtskosten (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer und dem Kantonsgericht Freiburg, Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
