Aus den Erwägungen:

Gemäss Art. 292 StGB setzt die Verurteilung wegen Ungehorsams gegen eine amtliche Verfügung u.a. voraus, dass die Verfügung unter Hinweis auf die Strafdrohung dieses Artikels erlassen worden ist. Nach der Rechtsprechung muss die Verfügung dem Adressaten für den Fall des Ungehorsams die in dieser Bestimmung vorgesehenen Strafen androhen; ein blosser Hinweis auf die Bestimmung oder auf die Strafbarkeit des Ungehorsams oder auch auf beides zusammen genügt nicht (BGE 68 IV 46 f.). Der Betroffene soll wissen, welche Strafe er im Falle des Ungehorsams zu gewärtigen hat. Dieser Zweck erfordert aber die Angabe der in Art. 292 StGB angedrohten Strafen nur dann, wenn der Adressat der Verfügung sie nicht ohnehin kennt. Wer darüber z.B. durch eine nicht lange vorher ergangene Verfügung bereits unterrichtet ist, bedarf keiner besonderen Belehrung mehr, welche Strafen Art. 292 StGB vorsieht. Der Betroffene ist in diesem Falle zufolge seiner Kenntnis der Strafandrohung ohnehin vor unerwarteter Strafe geschützt, weshalb es auf einen nicht zu rechtfertigenden Formalismus hinausliefe, wenn man die Bestrafung dennoch davon abhängig machen wollte, dass ihm die Strafandrohung auch noch in der Verfügung ausdrücklich vorgehalten worden sei.
