3. Behörden 3.1 Regierung und Verwaltung 1022 Einsichtgabe in Akten des Regierungsrates an M itglieder des Kantonsrates. Einzelnen Mitgliedern des Kantonsrates kann keine Einsicht in regierungs- rätliche Akten gewährt werden. Das Recht zur Einsichtnahme in regie- rungsrätliche Akten steht generell lediglich der staatswirtschaftlichen Kommission zu, der zur Erfüllung ihrer Kontrollaufgaben die Protokolle des Regierungsrates offen stehen müssen. Bestimmte Akten können auch kantonsrätlichen Spezialkommissionen zur Durchsicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden, sofern sie zur Ausführung der ihnen übertragenen Aufga­ben darauf angewiesen sind.
