87 § 38 Abs. 1 und 2 VRPG Die Beantwortung einer Aufsichtsanzeige hat Auskunft darüber zu geben, ob auf die Anzeige eingegangen wurde, wie die Aufsichtsbehörde auf die Anzeige reagiert hat, wie sie den Sachverhalt beurteilt, und fakultativ, ob und allenfalls welche aufsichtsrechtlichen Massnahmen sie zur Wiederherstellung einer ordnungsmässigen Verwaltung zu ergreifen beabsichtigt.
