Das Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen verfügt über Beschwerdelegitimation im Sinne von Art. 89 IVV (in Verbindung mit den genannten Verweisnormen).
“Die Beschwerdelegitimation des BSV ist gegeben (Art. 89 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG in Verbindung mit Art. 62 Abs. 1bis ATSG [SR 830.1], Art. 89 IVV i.V.m. Art. 201 Abs. 1 AHVV).”
