# REGOLAMENTO (CE) N. 132/2007 DELLA COMMISSIONE

del 13 febbraio 2007

recante modifica del regolamento (CE) n. 1483/2006 per quanto riguarda i quantitativi oggetto della gara permanente per la vendita sul mercato comunitario di cereali detenuti dagli organismi d’intervento degli Stati membri

## Preamble

LA COMMISSIONE DELLE COMUNITÀ EUROPEE,

visto il trattato che istituisce la Comunità europea,

visto il regolamento (CE) n. 1784/2003 del Consiglio, del 29 settembre 2003, relativo all'organizzazione comune dei mercati nel settore dei cereali [^1] , in particolare l'articolo 6,

considerando quanto segue:

**(1)** Il regolamento (CE) n. 1483/2006 della Commissione [^2] ha indetto gare permanenti per la rivendita sul mercato comunitario di cereali detenuti dagli organismi d’intervento degli Stati membri.

**(2)** Tenendo conto della situazione dei mercati del frumento tenero e dell'orzo nella Comunità e dell'andamento della domanda di cereali rilevata nelle varie regioni nel corso delle ultime settimane, risulta necessario rendere disponibili nuovi quantitativi di cereali giacenti all'intervento in alcuni Stati membri. È pertanto opportuno autorizzare gli organismi d’intervento degli Stati membri interessati ad aumentare i quantitativi oggetto della gara nella misura seguente: per il frumento tenero, di 598 269 tonnellate in Germania e di 100 000 tonnellate in Ungheria; e per l'orzo, di 19 011 tonnellate in Ungheria.

**(3)** Occorre modificare di conseguenza il regolamento (CE) n. 1483/2006.

**(4)** Le misure previste dal presente regolamento sono conformi al parere del comitato di gestione per i cereali,

HA ADOTTATO IL PRESENTE REGOLAMENTO:

## **Articolo 1**

L'allegato I del regolamento (CE) n. 1483/2006 è sostituito dal testo riportato in allegato al presente regolamento.

## **Articolo 2**

Il presente regolamento entra in vigore il giorno della pubblicazione nella *Gazzetta ufficiale dell'Unione europea* .

## Final provisions
