GAME CODE (34 PA.C.S.) - TAGGING AND REPORTING BIG GAME KILLS

                                  AN ACT

     Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
        Statutes, further providing for tagging and reporting big
        game kills.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  Section 2323(a)(3) of Title 34 of the
     Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
      § 2323.  Tagging and reporting big game kills.
        (a)  Tags issued with licenses.--
            * * *
            (3)  Within ten days of the kill, the person shall [fill
        in completely the report card supplied with the hunting
        license for reporting big game killed and shall mail the
        report card to the commission at Harrisburg] report the
        killing of big game as required in the manner or methods
        prescribed by commission regulations.

        Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
