AN ACT

Designating a section of US Route 15, Tioga County, as the William B. Wilson Highway.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Designation.

The section of US Route 15 that bypasses the Borough of Blossburg from the vicinity of the intersection with State Route 2023 (Upper Arnot Road) north to the vicinity of the intersection with State Route 2022 (East Hills Road) in Tioga County is hereby designated and shall be known as the William B. Wilson Highway.

Section 2. Maintenance and display.

The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain road signs which shall display the name of William B. Wilson Highway at the beginning and end of the section of highway so designated.

Section 3. Effective date.

This act shall take effect immediately.
