AN ACT

Designating a portion of Hemlock Avenue in the Borough of Kane as Chuck Daly Drive.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The portion of State Route 3004, known as Hemlock Avenue, between existing Traffic Route 321 and Pennsylvania Avenue in the Borough of Kane, McKean County, is designated and shall be known as Chuck Daly Drive.

Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs identifying the above portion of highway as Chuck Daly Drive.

Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
