Pennsylvania Act 1990-64 — CAPITAL BUDGET PROJECTS - ADDITIONAL PROJECT

AN ACT

Providing for adoption of capital projects to be financed from current revenues of the Manufacturing Fund.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Itemization and adoption of additional projects.

Additional 1990-1991 capital budget projects in the category of public improvement projects, to be financed from current revenues of the Manufacturing Fund pursuant to executive authorizations and to be constructed and/or acquired by the Department of Corrections, are hereby itemized, together with their respective estimated costs, as follows:

Section 2. Effective date.

This act shall take effect July 1, 1990, or immediately, whichever is later.
