OFFICERS OF MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, PROVIDING FOR HOLDING OVER
                  Act of Mar. 22, 1927, P.L. 53, No. 35               Cl. 53
                                  AN ACT

     Providing for the holding over of officers of municipal
        corporations of this Commonwealth, hereafter or heretofore
        elected or appointed and having qualified, until their
        successors are elected or appointed and duly qualify.

        Compiler's Note:  Section 4701 of Act 317 of 1931 provided
            that Act 35 is repealed insofar as it relates to third
            class cities.
        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That any officer of any
     municipal corporation of this Commonwealth who hereafter may be
     or heretofore has been elected or appointed and having
     qualified, shall hold said office until his successor is elected
     or appointed and duly qualifies.
