The DEC acknowledges the full applicability within Devens of 310 CMR 19.017(3)["Waste Specific Restrictions"], subject however to the right reserved by the DEC to adopt more restrictive rules and regulations at a later time. A list of those materials that cannot be incinerated or go into landfills can be found at 310 CMR 19.017(3).
