Kona, 	17 	September, 	1993 	in Hilo 	and 	20 	September, 	1993 	in
Kahului 	and 	after 	public 	notice was 	given 	in 	the 	Hawaii 	Tribune -
Herald, 	the 	Maui 	News 	and 	the 	Garden 	Island 	on 	26 	July, 	1993 	and
the 	Honolulu 	Advertiser 	and 	the Honolulu 	Star 	Bulletin on 	27
July, 	1993.
The 	repeal 	of 	chapter-11-111 	and 	the 	adoption 	of 	chapter 	11-
114 	shall 	take 	effect 	ten 	days 	after 	filing 	with 	the 	Office 	of
the 	Lieutenant 	Govenor.
