620 Alabama Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators

Ala. Admin. Code r. 620-X-3-.01 Meetings Of The Board

(1) The Board shall hold not less than four meetings each year.

(2) The date, time and place of each meeting of the Board shall be determined by resolution approved by a simple majority of the members of the Board present at a prior meeting; however, if the meeting is called by the chairman or a simple majority of the members of the Board, then the date, time and place of the meeting shall be determined by the person or persons calling the meeting.

(3) Written notice indicating the date, time and place of each meeting shall be sent to each member of the Board not less than seven days (7) prior to said meeting by the secretary, chairman, vice chairman, or any member of the Board. Provided, however, that any member of the Board may waive his right to such notice and such waiver may be oral, by telephone, or by any such means of communication.
