535 Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission

Ala. Admin. Code r. 535-X-19-.01 Purpose

The purpose of this rule is to publish a revised current and consolidated schedule of fees for the manufactured home, the supplier, and the modular/manufactured building programs. This revised schedule of fees supersedes the .schedule of fees filed on April 11, 2008

Ala. Admin. Code r. 535-X-19-.02 Current Schedule Of Fees

The Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission has established the following schedule of fees to pay the operating costs incurred by the Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission for the administration and enforcement of its federal and state statutory and regulatory responsibilities. A license/certification fee may be prorated at the Administrator’s discretion.

*Each manufacturer shall pay a shipment fee to the Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission (AMHC) for each transportable section of each new manufactured home shipped to a retailer in Alabama during the previous month. The payment will be due on the 10^th of each month for the previous month’s shipments.

NOTE: Late Payment Fee 50%. Bad Check Charge $30.

**Each modular retailer shall pay a fee to the AMHC for each used manufactured building sold, leased or leased to purchase during the previous month for siting in Alabama. The payment will be due on the 10^th of each month for the previous month’s sales, leases or leases to purchase.
