535 Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission

Ala. Admin. Code r. 535-X-16-.03 Schedule Of Fees

(1) The Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission’s Advisory Board may recommend aschedule of fees to the Administrator to pay the operating costs incurred by the AlabamaManufactured Housing Commission for the administration and enforcement of its statutoryand regulatory responsibilities. The establishment or revision of a schedule of fees maybe recommended by the Advisory Board at any regular or called meetings of theCommission.

(2) The administrator will establish and publish a schedule of fees or a revisionthereof in the Commission meeting minutes.
