opinion and judgment in this case; REVERSE the trial court’s order granting David Jimenez
Vazquez’s request for habeas relief; RENDER judgment denying Vazquez’s habeas application;
and REINSTATE the information charging Vazquez with the misdemeanor offense of criminal
trespass.
