ORDER
Relators Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC, Sanofi
US Services Inc., and Sanofi-Synthelabo LLC filed an Emergency Motion for
Temporary Relief requesting that this Court stay the trial court proceedings below
and prohibit McKool Smith P.C. from participating in the underlying litigation
pending resolution of Relators’ petition for writ of mandamus. The Court, having
reviewed the motion, hereby DENIES Relators’ request for temporary relief.
