Before the Judicial Council of the Second Circuit:
A complaint having been filed on May 2, 2025, and supplemental papers filed on July 22, 2025,
alleging misconduct on the part of a District Judge of this Circuit, and the complaint having been
dismissed on June 11, 2026, by the Chief Judge of the Circuit, and a petition for review having been filed
timely on July 13, 2026.
Upon consideration thereof by the Council it is
ORDERED that the petition for review is DENIED for the reasons stated in the order dated
June 11, 2026.
The clerk is directed to transmit copies of this order to the complainant and to the District Judge
whose conduct is the subject of the underlying complaint.
