The State, Respondent,

v.

Michael A.
Sarratt, Appellant.

Appeal From Greenville County

Edward W. Miller, Circuit Court Judge

Unpublished Opinion No. 2010-UP-046

Submitted January 4, 2010 – Filed January
27, 2010

APPEAL DISMISSED

Senior Appellate Defender Joseph L. Savitz, III, of Columbia, for
Appellant.

Attorney General Henry Dargan McMaster, Chief Deputy Attorney
General John W. McIntosh, Assistant Deputy Attorney General Donald J. Zelenka, all
of Columbia; and Solicitor Robert Mills Ariail, of Greenville, for Respondent.

PER CURIAM:  Michael
Sarratt appeals his convictions for murder, car-jacking, and possession of a
weapon during the commission of a violent crime.  Sarratt's counsel argues the
trial court erred in denying Sarratt's motion for mistrial.  Sarratt filed a
pro se brief asserting numerous issues.  After
a thorough review of the record and both briefs pursuant to Anders v.
California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and State v. Williams, 305 S.C.
116, 406 S.E.2d 357 (1991), we dismiss[1] the appeal and grant counsel's motion to be relieved.

APPEAL DISMISSED.

SHORT,
THOMAS, and KONDUROS, JJ., concur.

[1] We decide this case without oral argument pursuant to
Rule 215, SCACR.
