The delayed application for leave to appeal and all pending motions are DISMISSED for
failure to pursue the case in conformity with the rules. MCR 7.201(B)(3) and 7.216(A)(10). The Clerk
of this Court provided notice regarding the nature of the defects in this filing, and the defects were not
corrected in a timely manner by providing this Court with (1) a copy of the order appealed; and (2) proof
of ordering the required transcripts in conformity with MCR 7.205(B)(4) (“If the transcript is not yet
available, . . . the appellant must file a copy of the certificate of the court reporter or recorder or a statement
by the appellant’s attorney as provided in MCR 7.204(C)(2).”). Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever
other relief may be available consistent with the Court Rules.
