The motion “for clarification of September 15, 2026 order” is GRANTED, in part, to the
following extent. At this time, there is only one filing defect that appellant has not yet cured. Specifically,
she has yet to provide this Court with a copy of the August 4, 2026 order that she seeks to appeal.
Appellant has until October 15, 2026, to cure that defect by filing a copy of the August 4, 2026 order in
this Court. If she fails to do so, this appeal may be dismissed for failure to follow the court rules. See
MCR 7.216(A)(10).
