Court of Appeals, State of Michigan
ORDER
PEOPLE OF MI V KENNETH TAYLOR CURRY
Docket No. 377173
LC No. 1973-020676-FY
Philip P. Mariani
Presiding Judge
Stephen L. Borrello
Michael J. Riordan
Judges
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The motion for peremptory reversal pursuant to MCR 7.211(C)(4) is DENIED for failure
to persuade the Court of the existence of manifest error requiring reversal and warranting peremptory
relief without argument or formal submission.
The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to
establish that the trial court erred in denying the motion for relief from judgment.
The motion for reasonable accommodations is DENIED as MOOT. The accommodation
defendant seeks pertains to oral argument. Because there is no oral argument on an application for leave
to appeal, see MCR 7.205(E)(1), the request is MOOT.
