The Court orders that in lieu of granting the application for leave to appeal, the award of
restitution in the amended judgment of sentence appealed from is VACATED and this case is
REMANDED to the trial court to conduct a restitution hearing and then make appropriate findings as to
the amount of restitution to be awarded. See MCL 780.767(4). In all other respects, the application is
DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented.
We do not retain jurisdiction.
