Sima G. Patel, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief is DENIED. Appellant’s brief was
originally due in this matter on June 30, 2025, approximately five months ago. Since that time, appellant
has had numerous extensions of time in this matter but has failed to produce a brief. The Clerk of the
Court shall place this case on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice to the parties if the
appellant's brief is not filed within 14 days of the Clerk’s certification of this order. The Clerk’s Office is
directed to reject further motions to extend time to file the appellant’s brief.
