The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. This Court has jurisdiction
over a claim of appeal taken from a “final judgment or final order . . . as defined in MCR 7.202(6) . . . .”
MCR 7.203(A)(1). MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i) defines “final judgment” or “final order” as the “first judgment
or order that disposes of all the claims and adjudicates the rights and liabilities of all the parties . . . .”
(Emphasis added.) The first judgment or order resolving all of the claims in this case was the consent
judgment entered in 1987. As such, neither the April 28, 2026 order nor the June 16, 2026 order granting
appellant’s motion to “reenter” that order is appealable as of right.
