The motion to file an amici curiae brief on behalf of the Michigan Infrastructure &
Transportation Association, Michigan Laborers District Council, Michigan AFL-CIO, Michigan Building
Trades Council, and Northern Midwest Regional Council of Carpenters is GRANTED. However, within
14 days after the date of this order, these amici curiae shall file a corrected amici curiae brief that includes
the footnote required by MCR 7.212(H)(4).
