because appeals are available from the December 23, 2025 order in lower court no. 2024-000067-NA and
the January 5, 2026 order in lower court no. 2025-001244-DM. MCR 3.302(D)(2). Plaintiff may
challenge these orders by filing applications for leave to appeal under MCR 7.205. See MCR 7.203(B)(1).
In all other respects, the complaint for superintending control is DENIED.
