LC No. 2022-097438-DM
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
Appellant’s fee waiver request is treated as a motion to waive fees and is DENIED.
Nevertheless, pursuant to the policy of the Court, payment of the $375 entry fee shall not be pursued by
the Clerk of the Court because the appeal must be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because it was not filed within

relief was filed within the initial 21-day appeal period. MCR 7.204(A)(1)(a); MCR 1.108. Dismissal is
without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all
