Dear District Clerk,
I am writing in response to a phone call I received from the Court on June 24, 2026,
regarding Ms. Camacho’s trial court pleadings and a Motion for Extraordinary
Extension filed with this Court on June 23, 2026.
Ms. Camacho’s appellate pleadings were due on June 22, 2026. I filed via email Ms.
Camacho’s trial court pleadings in the St. Joseph County Circuit Court on June 22,
2026. When I checked the court’s docket the next day, I saw the pleadings were not
officially entered into the record until June 23, 2026. However, I did receive
correspondence from the clerk for the St. Joseph County Circuit Court confirming
receipt and filing of Ms. Camacho’s appellate pleadings on June 22, 2026. I have
attached a copy of that email here.
Because Ms. Camacho’s pleadings were timely filed on June 22, 2026, I would like to
withdraw the previously-filed Motion for Extraordinary Extension. Please let me know
if this Court has any further questions or concerns. Thank you.
