Notice Withdrawing Motion to Show Cause
On November 14, 2025, Mr. Joseph Abe Brown, Jr. filed a Motion to Show Cause Why
Court Reporter Should Not Be Held in Contempt. Mr. Brown now files this Notice to
inform the Court that he is withdrawing his previously filed Motion to Show Cause
Why the Court Reporter Should Not Be Held in Contempt in light of the November
24, 2025 Amended Order assigning a court reporter to the transcript at issue. We
anticipate that the newly assigned court reporter will file the stenographer’s
certificate in a timely manner and subsequently produce the transcript within the
required timeframe.
