Mark T. Boonstra, Judge, acting under MCR 7.217 and MCR 7.219(J), orders:
The motion for reconsideration of this Court’s June 9, 2026 order is DENIED. Plaintiff
shall pay to the Clerk of the Court the entry fee of $375, the $200 motion fee for the motion for immediate
consideration, the $100 motion fee for the motion for referral of motion for immediate consideration to a
panel, and the $25 electronic filing system fee within 21 days of the entry of this order. Failure to comply
with this order will result in the dismissal of the complaint.
