On March 24, 2026, Deveius Monta Weathers, through his attorneys, the State
Appellate Defender Office, by Emma Lawton and Jessica Lewis, filed a Motion to
Show Cause why Court Reporter Courtney Przeadzki should not be held in contempt.
On March 31, 2026, Reporter Andrea Pillow was re-assigned to transcribe the
January 27, 2023, hearing. On April 1, 2026, Reporter Pillow filed the outstanding
transcript with a Notice of Filing. Mr. Weathers now files this Notice to Withdraw
the Motion to Show Cause as the matter has resolved.
