The motion to waive the transcript requirement is DENIED.
The motion to show cause Court Reporter Betty Sanders (R 2931) is GRANTED TO THE
EXTENT that the fee for the transcript shall be $661.50 for the first copy of the transcript and, if a second
copy of the transcript has been ordered, $189 for the second copy. See MCL 600.2543 (2024). Upon
payment of any outstanding balance due up to this amount, if such has not occurred, Reporter Sanders
shall file the transcript with the circuit court.
The Clerk’s office is directed to email a copy of this order to the above-referenced court
reporter and Judicial Circuit Court Director, Case Processing and Court Reporting Services Nancy
Hames.
