Dear Sir or Madam,
This letter is intended to address a phone call that I received from the Court earlier today. I filed
my brief on appeal in the above captioned case on September 23, 2026. I erroneously believed
that the brief was due on September 22, 2026, so I filed a motion for a one day extension with
the brief. The Court has advised me that my brief was in fact timely and therefore a motion was
not needed. For this reason, I ask that the Court withdraw the motion I filed on September 23,
2026, and simply endorse me for oral argument since the brief was timely filed.
Thank you for informing me of my error and I apologize for the confusion.
