The joint motion to “adjourn deadline for appellees to file responsive pleading” is
DENIED. The Court notes that pursuant to IOP 7.205(C)-1, appellees may file a late answer to the
application. However, appellees do so at “their own risk. If there is insufficient time to forward a late
answer to the judges before they sign an order disposing of the application, the late answer will not be
accepted for filing, and the filing party will be notified of that fact.”
