The motion to strike this Court’s December 4, 2025 order is DENIED.
The motion for reconsideration is DENIED.
Pursuant to MCR 7.219(J), this Court ASSESSES COSTS of $1,000 on defendant. This
Court’s December 4, 2025 order warned defendant that he “will be assessed costs of $1,000 . . . upon any
and all subsequent filings of vexatious proceedings or documents that this Court determines are forged.”
Despite that warning, defendant has continued to file obviously forged documents and vexatious
proceedings in this Court. Costs shall be paid to the Clerk of this Court within 21 days after the Clerk’s
certification of this order. Failure to pay costs as ordered may result in an order to show cause or an order
barring defendant from any further filings in this Court until the costs are paid in full.

Garrett, J., would not assess costs of $1,000 and would vacate the December 4 , 2025 order to the extent
that it allows the assessment of costs for filings this Court determines are forged.
