The application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED for failure to pursue the case in
conformity with the rules. MCR 7.201(B)(3) and 7.216(A)(10). Contrary to this Court’s earlier order,
Martinez v Martinez, unpublished order of the Court of Appeals, entered December 16, 2025 (Docket No.
377072), the pro se appellant failed to timely provide the necessary proof of ordering the required
transcripts in conformity with MCR 7.205(B)(4)—i.e., “a copy of the certificate of the court reporter or
recorder[.]” Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent with the
Court Rules.
