ORDER
HEATHER THAYER V SHAWN PAWLOWSKI
Docket No. 380048
LC No. 2020-008861-DM
Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the order appealed
from is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6). MCR 7.203(A)(1). The interim postjudgment order
regarding parenting time and denying defendant’s motion to “recognize the established custodial
environment and to preserve the status quo” cannot be considered an order that grants or denies a motion
to change legal custody, physical custody, or domicile under MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iii). Dismissal is without
prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all
requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
